Policies

Age:  Boudoir shoots are only offered for those 18 years of age or older.  All individuals posing boudoir photos of any type are required to present state or government issued photo identification for age verification on the day of the shoot. A scan of the ID will be taken to be included in the studios shoot documentation.

Drug and Alcohol use:  Legal use of Marijuana and alcohol is allowed in moderation.  Clients must supply their own alcohol and marijuana if so desired.  Smoking is only allowed on the outside deck area, not in the studio space.  If at any time the photographer determines that the client has become too inebriated the shoot will end.  Once so determined there is no appeal.  I understand that alcohol and marijuana can help ease anxiety and loosen inhibitions but excessive use is counterproductive to the purposes of the shoot and creates unnecessary liability for the business.

Sexual Atmosphere:  By its nature a boudoir shoot is sexual and intimate, often creating a sexually charged atmosphere.  The purpose of the shoot is photography, not sexual gratification.  If either party feels uncomfortable or that the boundary between photography and sexual gratification has been crossed at any point, by any degree, they can unilaterally stop the shoot without need for explanation.  Clear communication is key as individual preferences and tolerances for this atmosphere widely vary.

Photo Processing:  Following the shoot the photographer will cull, and perform initial edits on the photos within 10 business days and present the initial edits to the client for final selections.  Quantity of final selections will depend on the session package selected.  Additional client selections are available for an additional editing fee.  Final edits will be completed 5 business days after client selections are completed.

Photo Prints:  All prints must be ordered thru the studio via the Pic-Time client album.

Return and Exchange Policy:  As all prints are made to order refunds and returns are not permitted.  If there is a print defect discovered within 30 days of when the print is received, notify the studio with written description, photos and a short video highlighting the defect.  A reprint will be initiated with the print vendor at no cost to the client.

Scheduling:  Proposed shoot date and location will be documented on the Quote and session contract.  Shoot dates are not guaranteed until the non-refundable booking fee is received and the shoot contract is signed.  At that time the shoot date and time will be set.  Shoots can be rescheduled for a later date by the clients with 72 hours notice.  Clients are encouraged and allowed to arrive up to 30 minutes early for their shoot in order to prepare for the shoot on site.

Personal Use License:  Client receives a personal use license for the final edited photos.  Per US Copyright law the photographer maintains and retains the Commercial License rights to the photos.  A commercial use license to the photos must be obtained from the photographer separate from the session package fee for any commercial usage of the photos.  Commercial use includes but is not limited to: Only Fans, Fansly, commercial advertisements, resale, or any other usage intended to generate profit for the client or a third party.
